Lenin peak - 7134 m
The ascent to Lenin peak, is difficult climbing ascent on forces only
to people possessing experience high-altitude climbing ascents (as a minimum Elbrus). Besides will power and endurance
to make an ascent to Lenin peak, the expensive climbing equipment, clothes and footwear (plastic boots) is necessary to have.

Lenin peak is located on Pamir - the most high-mountainous system in the south of the former USSR,
now - territories of Kirgizstan and Tadjikistan. The highest ridges and powerful glaciers are concentrated
in the western part of Pamir. Tops of many ridges exceed 6000 m, and in the highest ridges rise above 7000 m.
On Pamir there would be three of four mountains above 7000m. The USSR - Lenin peaks (7134 m, Trans Alai), peak
of Korgenevskaya (7105 м) and the best point - Communism peak (7495 m, it is recently renamed into peak of Ismail Samanie).
The program of tour:
The transfer from Bishkek to the beginning of a route and back. If you
want to return earlier, road back pay in addition.
Support by the instructor: the instructor has all skills of mountaineering, rendering of the first medical aid and connection with saving service. Bivouac equipment: tents on 2-3 people, a gas-jet, kettles and other bivouac equipment. Meal and residing: on all a route a high-grade two-single meal plus a snack in the afternoon will be provided. The food will prepare in common on gas-jets.Spending the night will be organized in tents and shelters. Equipment: the group climbing equipment necessary on storm of Lenin peak: (a climbing rope, carbines, climbing hooks, a snow shovel and so forth) Medicine services: the medical first-aid set, in case of serious complications - immediate delivery in the nearest hospital. Transfer to Bishkek. It is necessary to agree upon a place of a meeting preliminary. Alcohol drinks, batteries, protective cream, subjects of personal hygiene. |
